What you will actually see

There is no deck. The screen is the software, and the businesses on it are real ones belonging to people on the call, agreed with them beforehand.

    An agent built for a real business on the call

    We pick two or three businesses from the people who booked, ask them first, and build in front of you. You watch every field of the brief being filled in for a business that actually exists, and you see what a brief has to contain before an agent is any good, and what happens when it is thin.

  2. 02

    Two agents arguing about a real decision

    You put up the decision. Somebody in the chat names a call they are genuinely stuck on, the two agents are briefed on opposite sides of it there and then, and they argue it out loud while you listen. It is the fastest way to see where an agent's reasoning is useful and where it needs a person.

  3. 03

    A front desk answering questions about a real business

    One of the volunteer businesses gets a front desk that answers questions from its own information, in its own voice. Then the room tries to break it, and you watch what it does with a question it cannot answer.

  4. 04

    A follow-up that sends itself

    An enquiry arrives, gets qualified, gets a reply and lands on a pipeline with a follow-up already scheduled, without anybody touching it. This is the operations half: the work that repeats every week and never needed you.

What this is not

  • You watch and you ask questions. You will not be building anything on the call, and there is no setup to do beforehand.
  • It is 90 minutes, not a course. There is no homework, no curriculum and no certificate.
  • It is one live call on one date and there is no recording. The questions from the room are most of what makes it worth the money, and they only happen once.

Who it is for

Owners and operators, not engineers

This is for the person who runs a business of roughly 2 to 50 people and is still the one answering everything. You do not need to be technical, and nothing on the call assumes you can write code.

This is a demonstration of what agents can do. It is not advice about your particular business, and nothing on the call is a guarantee of a result.

We pick two or three businesses to build on during the session, from the answers here. If yours is one, we will write and ask you first. We never use it without your say-so.

Next: your seat is held for ten minutes while you pay. The Zoom link is emailed once it is paid.

Straight answers

Will there be a recording?

No. There is no recording. This is one live call on one date, and what makes it worth the money is that real businesses get worked on in front of you and you can ask about yours. If you cannot make it, tell us before the session and we will move your seat to the next one.

What if I cannot attend on the day?

If you cannot make it, tell us before the session and we will move your seat to the next one. If you would rather have your money back, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts and we will refund you in full.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. The 90 minutes is the demonstration, not a pitch, and it is the whole of what you are paying for. You will have watched agents do real work on real businesses, and if you never buy anything else from us that is fine.

Do I need anything installed?

No. You need Zoom and something to watch it on. There is no software to set up, no account to create and no card details beyond the seat itself.
