Terms of Enrolment

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What a seat entitles you to

A seat entitles one named person to attend the live sessions of the programme you bought, to ask questions during them, and to the recordings and materials we provide for that cohort.

A seat is personal. It may not be shared, resold or transferred to another person or business without our written agreement. We will normally agree if you ask before the programme starts.

3. What we commit to

We will run the sessions on the dates and at the times published on the programme page at the moment you bought, and we will make recordings available to enrolled participants.

If we have to move a session, we will tell you as far ahead as we can and the replacement will be within two weeks. If we cancel the programme outright before it starts, you get a full refund with no argument and no deduction.

4. What we do not promise

This is teaching, not consultancy and not a guarantee of a business outcome. We do not promise that your revenue will rise, that your costs will fall, or that any particular task in your business will end up automated. What you get out of it depends on the work you do between sessions, which is why the programme page says so before you buy.

We are not responsible for the tools we teach you to use. They are third-party products with their own terms, prices and availability, and any of those can change.

5. What we ask of you

• Attend as yourself. One seat, one person.
• Do not record, republish or redistribute the sessions or materials. They are ours, and they are provided for your own use in your own business.
• Do not bring confidential information belonging to somebody else into a session. Sessions are group sessions and other participants are present.
• Treat the other participants civilly. We will remove anybody who does not, without a refund.

6. Price, tax and payment

The price is the one shown on the programme page for your region at the moment you buy, and it is charged in the currency shown. Indian prices include GST where it applies. Payment is taken by our gateway; we do not store your card details.

A coupon code reduces the price only for the region it was issued for, and only while it is valid.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The refund policy is a separate page and forms part of these terms. Read it before you buy.

8. Who owns what

The programme, its sessions, slides, recordings and written materials are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them in your own business for as long as you like.

Anything you build during or after the programme is yours entirely. We claim nothing in it and we will not use it as a case study without asking you first.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the seat. We are not liable for business losses, lost profit or lost opportunity, which is the ordinary position for a training programme at this price.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, this does not remove protections you have under your own local law.
