The real problem

Your business cannot move faster than you can answer.

  • Every quote waits for you to write it.
  • Every post waits for you to approve it.
  • Every follow-up waits for you to remember it.
  • Every number waits for you to check it.

You did not build a business. You built a job that pages you at 11pm. The fix is not another tool, another hire, or another late night. It is handing the repeating work to something that never forgets and never sleeps.

The four weeks

Plan. Create. Sell. Run.

Beginner friendly · No code · No jargon

  1. 01PLANClaude

Find the bottleneck. It is you.

Map your business as a system on one page, find the four jobs that eat your week, and brief your first agent properly. The briefing is the skill everything else rests on.

You leave with: your business mapped, and one agent doing a real job.

  2. 02CREATEBannerStoryboard

    Content stops being a bottleneck.

Posts, ads, decks and video, produced on your brand without you opening a design tool. You direct; the agents make.

You leave with: a month of content and the system that keeps making it.

  3. 03SELLTraction

    The pipeline chases itself.

Leads captured, qualified, followed up and quoted, on a schedule that does not depend on you being awake or in a good mood.

You leave with: a live pipeline that follows up without you.

  4. 04RUNRosterLedgerSignal

It runs on a Monday you took off.

Your team's work, your money and your customers' problems, all watched by agents that tell you what changed and what needs a human. Then you step back and check it works.

You leave with: a business that reports to you instead of waiting for you.

The curriculum

What you'll learn

  • DelegationLeverage

How to find the work that is quietly eating your week

Map every repeating job in your business, then separate the three that only feel like they need you from the one that actually does. You will write your first operating brief and watch an agent run it.

    ClaudeChatGPT

    What it gets you

You will stop guessing where your time goes and hold a written brief that hands a real job to an agent the way you would hand it to a senior hire.

  • OutputVolume

How to produce a month of content in an afternoon

Posts, ads, decks and video, all on your brand, without opening a design tool or briefing a freelancer. You direct and approve; the making is not your job any more.

    BannerStoryboard

    What it gets you

You will build a content engine that keeps producing after the session ends, so marketing stops being the thing that slips when you get busy.

  • PipelineConversion

How to stop losing the leads you already paid for

Capture, qualify, follow up and quote on a schedule that does not depend on you being awake, free, or in a good mood. The follow-up nobody sent is the cheapest revenue in your business.

    Traction

    What it gets you

You will have a live pipeline that chases its own follow-ups and tells you which deals have gone quiet, before they go cold.

  • PresenceAlways on

How to answer every customer, including at 2am

Give your business a front desk that never closes: it answers questions from your own information, in your own voice, and hands you the ones worth a human.

    Character XYZ

    What it gets you

You will stop losing enquiries to slow replies, and you will see what customers actually ask when nobody is filtering it.

  • TeamAccountability

How to know how work is going without asking

Who is on what, what moved this week, and what is stuck. Visible without a status meeting, a chase message, or the feeling that you are nagging good people.

    Roster

    What it gets you

You will get accountability without micromanagement, and the daily interruptions that come with it will stop.

  • MoneyControl

How to see your numbers weekly instead of quarterly

Money in, money out and what changed, watched continuously and explained in plain language rather than waiting on a month-end scramble.

    Ledger

    What it gets you

You will make decisions on this week's numbers instead of last quarter's, and spot the leak while it is still small.

  • SupportResolution

How to stop customer problems arriving on your phone

Every issue and every piece of feedback lands in one place instead of scattering across WhatsApp, email and DMs. The team picks them up, resolves them, and you see what keeps coming back.

    Signal

    What it gets you

You will stop being the escalation path for your own business, and you will know which complaint is a pattern rather than a bad day.

Four Mondays from now, that list is running without you.

  • A certificate, and the vocabulary to hire for this

Money in, money out, watched continuously.

Character XYZ

A front desk that never closes, in your voice.

Signal

Issues and feedback in one place, watched and resolved.

You get working access during the programme. Platform credits are billed at cost, never marked up.

Honest fit

This is for you if

  • You own or run the business, and decisions stop with you
  • You have repeating work you have never had time to systemise
  • You are curious about AI but have not made it stick
  • You can commit two hours a Monday for four weeks

This is not for you if

  • You want a certificate without doing the work between sessions
  • You are looking for a job in AI rather than running a business
  • You need custom engineering, not operating skill
  • You cannot make the live sessions. This is not a video course

Who is teaching

Zeno Saviour, founder of Character XYZ

Zeno SaviourFounder, Charky Labs

For a decade I built Games and Character Systems: Gameplay, AI, animation, abilities, pathfinding, decision-making. I did that for Warner Bros., Epic Games, Magic Leap and 2K Games.

One of those projects was Hogwarts Legacy: $850 million and 12 million copies in its first two weeks, the biggest launch in Warner Bros. Games history. At Magic Leap I led AI development on Undersea, a mixed-reality coral reef that Forbes covered. I built DinoLab, which the Natural History Museum of Utah used to teach kids dinosaur anatomy.

None of that is why you should listen to me on Monday.

This is. I built the software this programme runs on. Traction, Banner, Storyboard, Roster, Ledger, Signal and Character XYZ are seven tools, and every one of them exists because I was the bottleneck in my own company and needed a way out.

None of it is magic. We use the AI tools you already know, Claude or ChatGPT, running a set of agents connected to my actual systems through MCP, the open standard that lets a model read and write to your CRM, your calendar, your files and your tracker instead of you copy-pasting between tabs. An agent drafts the outreach. Another scores the leads. Another updates the pipeline. Another makes the content while I am asleep. I am not the bottleneck any more, because the work no longer waits for me to be at a keyboard.

That is what I will teach you to build. You will be taught by the person who made the tools, not a reseller reading a deck.

Straight answers

I am not technical at all. Will I keep up?+

Yes. There is no code in this programme and no jargon that is not explained the moment it appears. If you can write a clear instruction to a new employee, you can operate an agent.

What if I miss a Monday?+

Every session is recorded and you keep the recordings. But the live sessions are where your own business gets looked at, so come if you possibly can.

Is this theory or do I actually build something?+

You build. Each week ends with something running in your business, using your real data. There is homework between sessions and it is the point.

What does it cost after the programme?+

Nothing is compulsory. You keep everything you built, and you are never locked in. If you want to keep running on our platform afterwards there are plans for that, and we go through the options in the programme. Platform credits during the four weeks are billed at cost.

Will this work for my kind of business?+

It works wherever there is repeating work: services, retail, hospitality, agencies, clinics, manufacturing. If your week has patterns in it, agents can take them.

The work will still be there on Tuesday.

The difference is whether you are the one doing it.
